Engineering Drawing Checker is a drawing review service run by Fred Vierheller in Fort Worth, Texas. This page explains what information we receive, what we do with it, and when we delete it.

What we receive

• Contact details you give us when you book a call or write to us: your name, company, email address, phone number and your message.
• Drawings and related documents you send for review, together with the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when the page opens.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, schedule calls and send quotes.
• To review the drawings you send and prepare your findings report.
• To keep a record of the work we did for you, such as invoices and delivered reports.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use your drawings for anything other than your review.

How your drawings are processed

Drawings arrive by email at checker@engineeringdrawingchecker.com, only after the NDA is in place. To help read each sheet, we use software that sends page images to Anthropic's AI service. Anthropic deletes this data within 30 days by default, as described in its privacy policy. The reviewer then checks every finding before the report goes to you. You approve this processing in the NDA before you send anything.

We cannot accept ITAR-controlled, classified or contract-restricted drawings. Please do not send them.

When we delete it

• Drawings and documents you send: deleted 30 days after we deliver your report, or sooner if you ask in writing.
• Findings reports, invoices and emails: kept as business records.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, except where we must keep records by law. Write to hola@engineeringdrawingchecker.com.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its date.
